Root Cause analysis vs other analysis

Hi community,

A client asked me what the advantages are of using Root Cause analysis in stead of the General Analysis. They claim the Root Cause is a lot of administration, which I understand. I have been looking in the documentation but I am unable to find an answer to their "complain". I would much appreciate your experiences and feedback!

I get what you're saying, but he was just asking for a basic difference—not the deep technical stuff like scripts or platform logic. So I gave a clear, simple answer (with a little AI help 😉). ServiceNow uses AI too—like LLM of Mistral—for their AI and Now Asset . I just wanted to give something easy to understand so it clicks and gets them thinking.

You want to trigger someone to start thinking, but you copy/paste AI generated responses? 

The fact that you are defending yourself to every person that tells you that your answer didn't provide correct information is a sign you should stop copy/pasting stuff and make it your own answer. Use AI as a tool to provide you with the knowledge to answer a question.
