Run as option not coming in flow designer

Hello experts,

I have created a flow in flow designer and it is a flow consisting of 8 to 9 steps. Now i want to change the 'Run as' type of the flow which u get when u first create a flow but unfortunately is not coming after saving the flow or even after deactiavating the flow. Is there any way i can get it else i have to again just go and create the flow from sctatch.

My flow would be needing the admin role to run but i cant give the person admin role so i have to use 'Run as System User.'

Also in 'Run with roles', System admin is not coming. from there also it could have been done. Is there any way rather than just creating the flow again.

The option should be visible in trigger condition, the 1st activity of your flow.

It should be visible when you go to advanved in trigger condition

If the trigger condition is inbound email then the run as option not available
