Hello Team,
We have a requirement where we need to create incident and RITM from Salesforce.
Example : From a UI action in Salesforce they should able to create a incident or RITM in serviceNow manually, with only OneWay direction.
Could you please help me with documentation or process.
Thanks
Ashok

Hi @B Ashok ,
Thanks for asking your question here!
I would recommend you to try out Exalate for this integration. You can control the direction of sync and also the Groovy scripting interface that is provided with the tool is very customizable and you can choose what fields to map and even write your custom logic.
Do let me know if you need any more help!
Thanks, Dhiren
