Same notification is triggered twice

When ever RITM is submitted after Approval is approved then RITM Cancel the button in that time closed incomplete Mail triggered two times how to fix it

Please explian the context in a better way, as this is confusing. Are you saying the cancelled activities got captured twice?

If yes you need to check the assoicated flow for that catalog item?

Hi @naresh g,

 

The issue must be on your Business Rule,Please check all the business rules which are running on sc_req_item table. Or the rescently updated business rule which might have executed twice due to current.update().
