Hi Help,
Good day. In the Incident form under the related records tab, we have a field called problem.
Also there is a separate tab called Problems along with Incident Tasks, Task SLAs, etc.
What is the difference between these two fields. What are their functionalities.

Thanks

Hey @Bh2
The problem field on the incident is to tag that incident is part of that problem , a problem can have one more incident tagged to it
The Problem and Incident Task and Task Sla are Related lists that we can custom build and also are automatically created once you create a reference field on to that table
For example, the Incident Task tab shows all the Tasks records where the parent field of that task is that particular incident.

Hi @Bh2 ,
I'm fully aligned with the explanation that @S Goutham have provided for the related records field called problem. For the related list at the button where you also have problems, I'm unsure of this - this is not OOTB but some customization that has been made on your instance.
