SAML logout error

We have setup the SAML - Service Now integration and enabled SSO.
Whilst there are no issues with the SSO login, we get the "SAML error message" when the system auto logs out a user due to inactivity.
Note that we see the intended logout page when we manually click the "Logout" button.
For your information, "Sign LogoutRequest" property is set to false.

I had this happen to my instance as well. The issue was caused due to single sign out certificate signing. ServiceNow presents a certificate upon logout and you need to ensure your SSO provider has the signed certificate. Basically, the cert is presented and the SSO provider has no idea what the cert is.
