sc_req_item stage not showing for input action on subflow

Hello, I have created a new value for the stage field on the sc_req_item table. The new value is "Awaiting Delivery"

However, when I go to the subflow in flow designer, the new stage is not available to select. 

I have verified that the field is active on sc_rec_item and the value matches the lower environment exactly.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated

I believe that drop-down list is showing choices that currently exist on RITM records, not the list of available choices as you would expect.  You can try a scripted result instead

return 'awaiting_delivery';

@DreDay3000 The stage filed in the lower environment seems to be different in terms of Label. Is this the same field? Is only Awaiting delivery is missing? Also did you try to refresh the subflow after creating the new choice?
