Hi Team,
We got a request to schedule a dashboard called - open incident dashboard and the schedule is once at 9 am every business day
How can I achieve it
is that possible to schedule a dashboard ?

You can't yet. Question is also: why. What is the added value to send a dashboard that can easily be viewed in real time. The moment the email is send, it's already containing old data.
ServiceNow is working on a scheduled dashboard feature for Platform Analytics. Yokohama should have a first version of it (at least, that's what was said the last time I heard something about it).

We are looking for normal dashboard, not the performance analytics one

Hi @Ballela Siva Te ,
Dashboard is like display counter for all associated reports output, it's frame to display only.
There is no such normal or advance dashboard, even if its PA , dashboard features are same , PA helps to generated required data to be display within the dashboard widget ( i m called it as a frame here ).
You can schedule the report to be send over some emails.
Steps to follow:
- Create the reports with required filter conditions.
- Create the dashboard ( if not already there )
- Attach the report with dashboard ( don't need to schedule any thing here )
- When user opens the Dashboard, latest data will be shown on dashboard

I was talking about Platform Analytics, not Performance Analytics. Those will (probably) get an export functionality with Yokohama. Normal (old) dashboards can't be scheduled. And since old dashboards will be replaced with Platform Analytics one with the Zurich release, it would be good to start thinking about the transition strategy already.
