Script error

I am facing a script error issue in the change form when the change is approved under the status field i have checked the client scripts but i could find any thing related to status change ,how can i solve this please help

Check Business Rules on the change_request table.  That is not necessarily an out of the box system error message, so try searching the BR scripts for that text if you have a lot of them.

I have checked it in business rules per your suggestion with filter as script contains please contact your system administrator but on change table but no related scripts were found

Is there any other place i can check for this for now i have checked in client scripts ,business rules ,ui actions with filter system contains pending approval and please contact your system administrator

Did you also check UI Policies?

 

You could perhaps also use the code search to see if this is coming from script.
