Hi All,
We have below requirement where we are integrating two ServiceNow instances using REST API for SR Module.
Catalog Item will be on Instance A and after RITM approval on Instance A, the SCTASK will be E-Bonded with Instance B. Now in Instance B approval should be triggered on SCTASK and after approval fulfillment team will work on the same.
Can we have approval on SCTASK?
If not is there any way to achieve the same requirement?

Hi @Milind1
It seems like an invalid requirement. Approval should be triggered at the REQ or RITM level, not at the SC Task level. Please avoid any implementation that violates best practices or increases technical debt.

Ideally no.
Approval should be on RITM and not SC TASK
why not create approval for the RITM in instance B and once that is approved create SC Task?
