Seeing Incident linked to Request

Hello folks,

I'm testing the process for Create Request from Incident, not something we've used before.  I can see the link to the RITM from the Incident but I can't see the link to the Incident from the REQ or RITM.  Is there a way to see this?  It would be preferable to see the link both ways.  Thanks.

Incident field is stored in parent field on sc_request table.

You can configure form layout of sc_request for to show parent field.

Hi Sachin, it's taken me awhile to get back to this.  I've added a parent field on the RITM however it requires adding the related Incident manually.  Is there a way to automatically show the parent Incident that the request was created from without having to manually enter it into the Parent field?  Thanks.
