Sending custom table data(delta) to SFTP in PDF and XML format on daily basis

Hi,

 

Is there any out of box feature to send a custom table data(delta) to SFTP in PDF and XML format on daily basis.

Can I use flow designer with  "Generate PDF Document flow action" and SFTP step to achieve this.
