Hi Team,

Can somone please help me on the below information.

We have a parent company now in that company one child customer is going to divide and planning for new instance creation.

Please help me how can we do the Restoration and what checklist we need to follow for this.

Hi, if your requirement is to create a 'new' instance that is mirrored from an existing production instance, then you will need to log a case with the support team via the support portal. I would also engage your SNC account manager as copying\cloning an instance to another platform 'solution' is not standard SNC service catalog deliverable.
I expect that you would need to clone the existing instance and then purge any data that was not required in the target, but check with SNC as they may have a solution that will do this for you - you cannot be the first organization with this requirement.
