Sending SMS to ststic users when a P1 incident created

Hi ,
I have a requirement like when a P1 incident got created I need to send SMS from Twilo to static users.
I had installed the Twilio spoke and configure the flow, but in the flow when i configure the send SMS action it only accepts one mobile number only. I need to specify 5 static users mobile numbers in TO filed. How can I achieve this.

Hi Atul,
Could you please confirm this was not possible using Twilio because customer ask like doing the same using Twilio
