Sequential approval workflow for Normal Change during the Assess stage

I am looking for recommendations for implementing a sequential approval process for Normal change requests during the Assess stage.   The goal is to eliminate a manual approval step for obtaining a second business approval before submitting the change for CAB review.   Ideally, I want to stay out-of-the-box or keep customizations minimal. 


Proposed Workflow:
1. Assess Stage:
- First Approval: Peer Review or IT Manager
- Second Approval: Business Stakeholder


2. Once both approvals are complete, transition the change request to the Authorize State for CAB approval.

Yes, you can do it easily in Flow Designer. Just make sure you don’t change the state after the first group approves, and add the second group for approval as well. You can also update the approval policy if needed.
