Service Bridge - Remote task Are not getting created

While creating remote task getting below error states that "Remote Task Definition is not active in the consumer's instance"(see 1st image below). however same RTD has been activated in consumer instance(see 2nd Image below). What could be the issue?

Hello @Vinay49
1)Firstly check that RTD has been successfully synchronised between consumer and provider instances - you might want to restest the connection or sync the integration.
2)The integration user that you have specific is having access issue and he is not having enough rights to access the RTD you created.
Kindly give him required permissions and see.
And lastly you can always try to clear the cache of systems dn resync it.

Thanks for reply,
RTD has succesfully synchronised between consumer and provider instances. I have retested by checkout & publish the RTD in provider instance, then same has replicated in consumer instance.
Also, integration user has the admin rights.
ran the cache.do in both instances. Still having the same issue.
