For example, if the category is "Hardware," a task should be created for the procurement team to review the hardware request. If the category is "Software," a task for software licensing review should be triggered. Additionally, these tasks should be dynamically assigned based on the region of the requestor.

you can use flow designer to achieve these. Have you created a flow/workflow to achieve this are you facing any issues.
