Service Catalog 'Order Now' is not working for some users

Hi, For some users when they click 'Order Now' button it redirects to the service catalog item form that they just submitted. It should be created a Request/Request Item numbers but it is not creating. What could be the reason?

I belive on the catalog item record there is an option which specifies were to redirect after the catalog order is placed. may that is set to redirect to catlaog instead of Rquest record.

 

There is a field on catalog item called > Redirect to. > Set it to Generated task record and try.. Let me know it goes...

So far, the issue is happening for 2 user, looks fine for others.

I'm not sure why it would happen for only 2 users. I was hoping that it would do it for only specific ones that they were the ones that ordered these the most and there happened to be a on submit client script we could use. I would suggest putting in a support ticket with NOW Support.
