Service Catalog "No Quantity Option" field is not working for some catalog items

Hello, I am working with service catalogs with Fuji instance.   I create a catalog item, included "No Quantity" on the layout form.   This field shows up, it's checked, and works when I "try it" there is no quanity.

When I create my 2nd catalog, the "No Quantity field appears and then disappears when the catalog is loaded"

As a work around, I included "No Quantity in the service catalog list view and set it to true, but quantity still appears when I "Try It".

I create other catalogs and the same thing happens.

I ensure the "No Quantity" field is included in the layout.

How do I remove the quantity from the service catalog when it's loaded?

Note: I also include and check omit price field but it doesn't show up, either.

You cannot see "No Quantity" if "Use cart layout" is set to true. Since this is set to true, the configuration fields will not be applied. Whenever this checkbox is checked, the configuration fields will be ignored default cart will be applied. This is the reason it is still showing the Quantity on item.   Set use "cart layout" to false, and the no quantity field will appear.   good luck!
