Hi,
When setting up a service commitment of type availability, it allows the breach penalty amount to be recorded per minute/hour. The service availability records generated off the back of this is very useful showing how much downtime there was on a service or one of its offerings.
My question is, if the cost per minute of the outage is recorded within the commitment, is there anywhere I can see a rolled up cost of the outage for the service? I have tried looking in Service Portfolio Management and Digital portfolio management but can only see indicators for availability. Does anyone know how I get it to display the cost per outage?
Thanks.

Hi Chaz, just to clarify - are you looking for cost of outage or total penalty per outage details?

Hi Janet,
I think it would be the total penalty per outage. We have an hourly charge per support group which gets involved to resolve, so a total would be good to see.
Thanks.

Hi Chaz,
Have you figured out this? I am also looking for the penalty information per offerning. It would be great if you could share the details.
Regards,
Sangeetha.

Hi @sangeethah,
I haven't come across a solution for this as of yet. So, I would say adding the required fields to the group or incident tables and then have a separate PA formula indicator may be the best solution.
Thanks.
