I'm getting this error when I'm logging into my PDI. Can someone suggest any solution for it?

If you can wait, more, let's wait .You may release this instance and take a new one but in this case, you will lose your previous data. From going forward, try to take regular backup of PDI, to avoid any loss of update set in future.
Please mark my response helpful/accepted if it helps.

@Sowjanya Panuga Same message appeared for one of my colleagues day before yesterday. He waited for a couple of hours but still the message was same. At last he had to release his previous instance and requested for a fresh instance.
There is no support available for PDI instances. Please wait for some time and if the issue doesn't get resolved then request for a fresh instance.

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence your options is limited.
- If your instance have issues, please wait - it should come online after some time.
- If you get tired of waiting, release the instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, that all work that has not been saved will be lost.

Hi @Sowjanya Panuga ,
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
- Sometimes, cached data can cause access issues. Clear your browser cache and cookies and try accessing the instance again.
- Try accessing the ServiceNow instance using a different web browser to rule out browser-specific issues.
- If nothing works out, Release the instance and claim a new one.
If you find my response helpful, please consider selecting "Accept as Solution" and "Helpful" .
Thanks,
