Hello Team,

When we download the attachments  from service now there is no option to download only selected attachments. It's difficult to every time download one by one.

So we want one tab here to download only selected attachments.

 Kindly let me know it is possible or not? it possible then how.

There is no option like that. But you can click the Download All button, which will give you all the attachments as a single ZIP file download.

that's OOTB behavior.

For your requirement you will have to create a custom logic and solution using custom UI page.
