Service Portal Activity Stream

Hi,

I have a requirement related to the Service Portal activity stream. We are using the REQ → RITM → TASK hierarchy, and we need to display the Task activity stream within the RITM view in the Service Portal.

Could you please suggest a feasible solution to make the Task activity stream visible in the RITM portal view?

Note: This requirement applies only to a specific catalog item.

For you case the best way is create a custom Service Portal widget for the RITM that aggregates Task journal entries.

easy option is to copy the comments from Task to RITM so that end user can see comments on RITM directly in portal.
