Standard change template not visible even through active is true

Hi Team

please assist

when click on create new=> select type of change ==> standard: Select from available pre-approved change templates. These changes do not require approval.  ==> searching for abc template which is not visible

but 

under standard change ==> all templates ==> template is visible 

 

please suggest

Can you please confirm if I am understanding the issue correctly?

You are navigating to Create New Change Request (which creates a new record in the Change table). From there, you can see the different sections such as Pinned, Models, Preapproved, and others. When you open the Preapproved section, you are expecting to see your template listed there, but it is not appearing.

Is this the exact issue you are facing, or am I missing any step in the process?

  • Verify that the template's Status or State is marked as approved and active
