Service Portal Home Page Greyed out

Hello! I'm a RiseUp with ServiceNow intern trying to troubleshoot why my Service Portal Home Page is greyed out on loading? it's happening to all admins accessing the portal. Does anyone know how i can disable or why it is happening? I don't have a lot of widgets on my home page.. Hope someone can help!

Try refreshing your PDI or repairing the SP plugin—it looks like a cache issue. Also, clear your browser cache and try again.

Thanks for your suggestion! I tried that as well. I think it was the issue of too many widgets on the home index page. I had dragged and dropped a bunch of empty widgets and when I deleted them ask and deleted a modal and then refreshed it solved the issue.
