Hi,
I've just started managing our ServiceNow instance, and I had a question. In Admin training, we're told that changes in pages aren't included in update sets. I looked at how you can unload a home page to add it to the current update set, but I don't get that option for Service Portal pages.
I was wondering if any changes you make to a Service Portal page is stored in the update set. It looks like it is, but I wanted to check with the community to see if I'm correct in that assumption. Thanks!

Yes, changes to the Service Portal like adding a widget, or changing the variables in that widget do get captured in an update set.
So far, I haven't run into anything that doesn't get captured in an update set. Even cloning pages & widgets get captured.

Does anyone know if you can retrospectively force updates to portal pages to an update set? If so how do you do this because I can find a related link to do this.
Thanks
