when click the the service catalog shows the message "You do not have permission to see this category" show in service portal how to solve this problem

did you check the user criteria ,"Available for" or  "not Available for" on your catalog item and category?

Can you also share the screenshot of the portal page?

which page is it, can you paste the UL here, additionally did you check the user criteria?

@basha shaik The opened category does not exists. Hence you are seeing that issue.

 

Please check the sys_id of category in the url if that category is present in system or not. If not present then from another instance where it is present get the xml and load it in this instance if not then create new category and then replace it in the url.

 

The url might be added in the service catalog menu.

 

Open your portal record to check the menus added.
