servicenow application

Hi all, 

I have certain application which I need to update to the latest version but 

I can see those applications in ' sys_scope ' table but not on the ServiceNow store.

does anybody know the reason

Please check if that custom app is built within your own instance.

To confirm this check the scope prefix and if it's same as your company prefix then it's nothing to do with store etc

did you purchase that app from Store?

If yes then reach out to your company's account representative and ask them to login and see if there is an update available to it

If yes then it should show in your instance.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar  , 

For eg:(its from PDI ) " sn_uibtk_media_beh " it goes something like this ( does not begin with my company prefix )

does that mean its limited to customization??
