ServiceNow Ask For Approval - Remaining Approvals Not Moving to "No Longer Required"

I am using Ask For Approval in Flow Designer and generating approval rules dynamically.
Rule:
ApprovesAllU[ac03166ddbd91010f2cb273a13961991,7e1b11b11bc91514ef11c88b234bcbde]&AnyU[f88cd49093ad7a5817f9f14efaba1029,c835850d1bf9c5d080af64ab234bcba7]OrRejectsAnyU[ac03166ddbd91010f2cb273a13961991,7e1b11b11bc91514ef11c88b234bcbde]

Requirement:

  • AND Group: all users must approve
  • OR Group: any one user can approve
  • Any configured approver can reject
  • When a one user from OR approval occurs, all remaining approvals should become "No Longer Required"

Issue:

  • Approval records are created correctly.
  • Approval/rejection logic works.
  • However, when one approver approves, the remaining approval records in OR stay in Requested state and do not automatically move to No Longer Required.

    I want all users in the AND group to approve, and any one user in the OR group to approve. Any user from any group can reject. However, when one user from the OR group approves, the remaining users in that OR group are not being marked as No Longer Required and remain in the Requested state.

Thanks, but if any person from cab approval group approves then remaining all users become marked as no longer required right because you used 'or'. I need hardware people also need to approve

@NikhithaNikki ,

here you need all the users from Hardware group need to approve along with that any one user from cab approval also need to approve?
I am asking about approve scenario.

Thanks,
Dinesh

yes exactly, and anyusers from cab approval group, if one person approved remaining need to marked as no longer required immediately without waiting to complete all approvals from hardware group

@NikhithaNikki ,
If this is the case then the response i have shared will work for you.
You are mentioning any user from cab approval group approves no need to wait approvals from Hardware group.
