Hi, I search for a slide deck which explains the basic servicenow features, the basic ITSM modules and CSDM/ CMDB, roles and groups, flow manager, and similar things from the service now fundamelntals training.

Hi @Julius Exner The best place to find this information is in 'Now Create'. You can go to 'Now Create' → Assets and search for 'Foundation Data Workshop', 'CMDB', or 'CSDM Guide'. You’ll find both PPT and document files for reference.
As a BPC, I can confirm that what you're looking for is available in the Now Create asset list — just try searching with specific module-related keywords

based on your requirement, I’m pretty sure you won’t find 1 slide deck that covers everything as there are many aspect to this. As @Dr Atul G- LNG mentioned, you can search NowCreate, but don’t expect to find a combined slide.
