I've connected the slack marketplace app "ServiceNow for Slack" and connected it to our instance, which we use a custom URL for.
If I connect the app to our service-now.com domain, link unfurling works when you paste a service-now.com URL into a slack chat (say an incident or task).
If I connect the app to our custom url, the link unfurling doesn't work when someone pastes a custom URL ticket link. Looking online this seems to be a limitation as obviously servicenow can only allow the service-now.com domain on their slack marketplace app. Wondered if anyone has worked around this somehow?
Feels like the only solution is to have a custom slack app, and then have to build a scripted REST API that can receive the slack events and send back the ticket preview to slack.
