ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - ITSM Study Materials

Hi All,

I just completed my ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification in ITSM, and just like others I found it really tough to find study materials for this exam both in Community and elsewhere.

So, I got some documents for preparation of the exam, which I have attached. I don't have access to Blog so thought that this would be a better way if someone can get helped by this documents. 

Based on my experience, if you go across this materials the exam will be a cake walk (keeping in mind the Admin is already Completed). I was not having permission to attach more than 10 MB at a go. So, I am attaching the following in the post:-

• CSM-ITSM Blue Print
• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Knowledge Management
• Change Management
• ITSM Guided Set Up

There will be 1 more document (Service Catalog) which I will attach in the 1st comment itself and that will all together cover the entire syllabus as has been mentioned in the Blue Print.

Hi,

There was one material which I am unable to insert as it is more than 10 MB, but let me see if there is any other way by which I will be able to upload that....!!
Till then, get a hand off all the attached docs as of now.... I am looking how the other one will be possible to be uploaded...!!

Hi Guys,

I am unable to attach the Service Catalog Document, but this link will help you guys to learn all the required details needed for Implementation Certification. But, do make sure that you people go through all the links which are mentioned there.
