ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - ITSM Study Materials

Hi All,

I just completed my ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification in ITSM, and just like others I found it really tough to find study materials for this exam both in Community and elsewhere.

So, I got some documents for preparation of the exam, which I have attached. I don't have access to Blog so thought that this would be a better way if someone can get helped by this documents. 

Based on my experience, if you go across this materials the exam will be a cake walk (keeping in mind the Admin is already Completed). I was not having permission to attach more than 10 MB at a go. So, I am attaching the following in the post:-

• CSM-ITSM Blue Print
• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Knowledge Management
• Change Management
• ITSM Guided Set Up

There will be 1 more document (Service Catalog) which I will attach in the 1st comment itself and that will all together cover the entire syllabus as has been mentioned in the Blue Print.
