ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - ITSM Study Materials

Hi All,

I just completed my ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification in ITSM, and just like others I found it really tough to find study materials for this exam both in Community and elsewhere.

So, I got some documents for preparation of the exam, which I have attached. I don't have access to Blog so thought that this would be a better way if someone can get helped by this documents. 

Based on my experience, if you go across this materials the exam will be a cake walk (keeping in mind the Admin is already Completed). I was not having permission to attach more than 10 MB at a go. So, I am attaching the following in the post:-

• CSM-ITSM Blue Print
• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Knowledge Management
• Change Management
• ITSM Guided Set Up

There will be 1 more document (Service Catalog) which I will attach in the 1st comment itself and that will all together cover the entire syllabus as has been mentioned in the Blue Print.

Hi guys,

I've passed the exam, it was pretty tough, a lot of new and tricky questions.
so my tip is to prepare yourself a lot with questions available on forums and udemy.com courses.

I've been a ServiceNow developer for 2 years (still a newbie but learning!)  Passed my CIS and CSA exam 2 years ago and took the CIS-ITSM exam about a week ago and failed.  Back to the drawing board.  I used the udemy.com courses and looked over all the servicenow docs for Service Request, Change, Problem and Incident.  I thought for sure I passed.  I've ALWAYS passed all my other exams with ServiceNow, so I'm not sure what I'm lacking.

Hi Kemmy,

Current CIS ITSM exam is pretty tough , my tip is to try remember the questions from the exam, then find the answers and do the exam again.

Of course after relevant course in udemy.com and ITSM docs study.

Did you give one more attempt after the exam? Can you shed light on the topics that were asked and why did u find the exam difficult?
