Hi All,
We have requirement where we are integrating ServiceNow Incident with Salesforce Case. This will be uni-directional integration where we will be sending information from ServiceNow to Salesforce. Integration will be through Salesforce Spoke.
As per requirement we need to send some data (information) from related lists as well.
Can someone please help how we can capture that data in Action in Flow Designer.

Dear @RachitC
To include data from related lists in your Flow Designer action, you might need to use a script to query and retrieve the related data before sending it through the Salesforce Spoke. Make sure the fields and relationships are properly accessible in your setup.
If you find the Salesforce Spoke too limited for your needs, you could consider a solution like Exalate, which allows more customization and supports advanced use cases, including handling related lists in integrations.
