Hi Folks ,
Good Day !
Could somebody please let me know if someone has performed service now integration with InsghtVM ?
If yes, is there any specific requirement needed at servicenow end to perform this integration. I was going through article published under https://insightvm.help.rapid7.com/v1.0/docs/ticketing-integration-for-remediation-workflow-projects and as per the article only servicenow URL and an account with below permissions required to integrate InsightVM with servicenow.

OR - itil_admin
- itil
- mid_server

We are just working on this integration and i am not entirely comfortable having a ServiceNow account with some of the following roles - itil_admin, report_admin, personlize_choices.
Does anyone now the exact OOB tables/fields InsightVM is accessing?
ServiceNow integration requirements
The integration with ServiceNow currently requires the URL of a ServiceNow server that accepts inbound communication from the Rapid7 Insight Platform and an account with the following roles:
- admin
OR - itil_admin
- itil
- mid_server
- report_admin
- personalize_choices
