ServiceNow Netbrain Integration

I have installed the Netbrain application from the ServiceNow store and able to integrate it. I have requirement like the device map should be visible at the Servicenow Incident page but it is not coming as expected. It is coming like this

But it should be visible like below :

Please help me to get this view at the incident form for netbrain results.

I have followed the above steps and getting the below errors : 

 

Could you please provide info regarding below errors. Any help will be appreciated. 

 

1. It is coming while setting up the connector and testing it : "This NetBrain API user does not have system management privileges". (necessary roles already given to the API user even tried giving admin role)

2. It is coming while click on send data field to netbrain under shared data field module for Incident record : Failed to sync to NetBrain IE. No resource 

3. This is coming after selecting the diagnosis for the incident : Failed to get the diagnoses due to No resource

 

 

 

Good Day @Sanjay34   Any luck getting this to work?  We spoke with Netbrain about a year ago and they were going to try to partner with SN ServiceGraph Connector.  But it looks like that has not happened.   We want to bring data into the CMDB.  Thanks for any input.
