what is account activity item id in Sailpoint Access Request - Service Catalog integration. It is coming blank in many of our service request and due to that request are getting closed incomplete or cancelled.
Could you please let me know what is 'Account Activity item ID' workflow is checking that id, due to blank id requests are getting incomplete.
