Hello,
I try to compare ServiceNow with Jira, because I want to have an answer of the question which one is better or what are the advantages to use ServiceNow instead of using Jira. I need a few bullet points to this question because sometimes a sales colleague comes to me and want an answer to those questions.

Hello Victor,
thank you for your fast reply. I have now learned, that ServiceNow is more enterprise-oriented and focused around ITIL.
So if there is an organisation which has limited needs / requirements, Jira is the way to go. But if I have an organisation which needs the full ITIL coverage, ServiceNow is a must have - right?
