Hi Everyone
We need to make a decision regarding a migration of Lotus Notes applications.
Can anyone please help me know advantages and disadvantages of Servicenow and Sharepoint?

If you already have LN applications, you should use ServiceNow. The reason I'm saying is, setting up LDAP, any integrations/ custom pages, search is very easy in ServiceNow when compared to Sharepoint.

Hi Nikita,
Service now platform provides modules that helps with enablement of IT Operations with Functionality that is around the ITIL processes. And if you are looking for such ITIL based processes I would suggest you to go with Service now as most of things you will get are out of the box functionalities that are delivered to you by ServiceNow itself.
On the other hand if you are only looking for logginf tickets for incident/RITM then go with Sharepoint.

Hope that was helpful.
Thanks,

Hey Thanks Ganesh.
But I have existing lotus notes applications (standard lotus notes template based + customized).
For the migration perspective which one would be well fitted.
Thanks in advance.
