Set activity in process automation designer to start when previous activity reaches a specific point

I'm trying to produce an onboarding order guide and using process automation designer to sequence it.

i'm struggling to get the conditions I need in lane 1. I need the 2nd activity to start when activity 1 has reached a specific stage on the requested item (from the workflow) but will still be active so it can't be based on closed complete for state.

If I set activity 2 to start with previous and look to choose the condition on activity 1 it isn't available. If I set activity 2 to start after activity 1 I can get to something that lists the RITM stage (though not sure it's correct as there are multiple versions of the same stage) but it will fail as I presume it expects activity 1 to be completed first and it won't be at the point the condition is true.

I can't get this to work as I can't find the right choices in the conditions please can someone assist me?

Did you manage to solve the issue?

Hi Rodrigo

Not in the way I wanted to.

Instead of trying to trigger by the stage of one of the RITMs I used a new task activity in lane 1. This is used by the analyst to manually make the change to the requested for username putting in the newly generated new starter. Once this task is completed lane 2 starts and the updated requested for user is used on each RITM.
