Hi all,
The add a service commitment to a service offering documentation talks about commitments like Recovery time/point objective. But to have these options, I need to install the BCM application. That is somewhat drastic if you want to use only those commitments in your service offering.
Is there a way to use the default without installing the BCM application? I can create them myself, but then I am no longer OOTB.
Thanks for any response.
Cheers,
Arno Reintjens

Hi @Krunal2,
Yes, the 2 commitment types are available. For some reason the English choices were not there. So these I could add,
Cheers,
Arno

Hi Arno - when setting up the Service Commitments for the RTO/RPO, how are they "started" to be measured for the Service Offering?
