SHARING VTB

I created a VTB for a particular group, but I am not able to give the visibility access to that group. I am only able to give the visibility access to either Myself alone, Everyone, or any other groups I belong to. Attached is the screenshot. Please I need help with this.

Note: When I select the "Group" option, it only displays my own groups.

You want to share the VTB or the filter of your list?

A VTB can be shared directly when you open the VTB and click on this icon:

Then you can add members to your VTB. Of course they will not have a filter in their private task list view, but could jump to the list as well directly from the VTB.

We want some members of the group for which the Board is created to have the ability to edit the board. Any possibility for that please?

What do you mean by "edit the board"? Each member should be able to add lanes, move cards, add cards, update existing cards, add users, etc. The only limitation is the setup of the board filter which is only possible for the owner of the board.

What I mean by that was that we only want 2-3 members from the group to be able to do those things you mentioned, while others members should not be able to do them, but limited to viewing the board. Thank you for the KB you shared as well.
