Hi,
I am looking for a help to understand the best practice to be followed in Knowledge management. If there is a business justification then should we change Knowledge base name once it is published ? Or it is not recommended due to consequences involved.
Kindly help. Thanks.

I can not think of any reason you could not change the title. It is just the name of the Knowledge Base. Every relation is done through the sys_id of the KB. All articles will still be in there.
It is best practice to think about the name(s) of your knowledge bases up front, but if you haven an IT Knowledge Base and in time decide you need an Internal and an External KB for IT, just rename the existing one and create a new one for the second.
