Show Include Toggle in (Service Portal) not for all items

Hello,

I would like the include toggle not to be visible for all items. For mandatory items it should be impossible to deselect items. Does anyone have an idea how I can change this.  In the order guide is a checkbox 'Show Include Toggle (Service Portal)', but if I uncheck it then Toggle is not visible for all other items.
