Show outage/announcement information on Virtual agent

Whenever we create an outage/announcement, that information should show up on Virtual agent, like a welcome message when the user tries to initiate a chat. 

Is it possible/any leads on this.

Hi @Suggy 

1.) Create a new topic for a virtual agent

2.) In the topic use script or any other utilities to fetch the latest announcement from the Announcement      table

3.) Store it in any agent variable and show it as bot response.
