showing the error message while accessing the form without login to servicenow

Hello,

When we are trying to access the form by the link and if we are not login to the servicenow it is showing the error message "You are either not authorized or record is not valid." instead of redirecting the user to the SSO login page. While we have CSM portal also and if we try to access any CSM form without login it redirects the user to the SSO login page. So the issue is with the Service Portal only. Can anyone explain why Service Portal is not redirecting the user to the SSO login page and CSM does?

Did you check the redirection script?
