Simulator Task Validation Failed: View a list of incidents and personalize the list

Hi everyone,

I am working on the Now Learning Simulator task: "View a list of incidents and personalize the list, as well as update some fields using the List Editor."

Task Instructions Followed:
1. Navigated to All > Incident > All as Platform User (platform.user).
2. Filtered: State is not Closed AND Assignment group is not empty AND Assigned to is not empty.
3. Sorted Priority column ascending (1-Critical at top).
4. Updated State of 1-Critical incidents to "In Progress" using List Editor.
5. Removed "Opened" and "Updated by" columns using Personalize List (Gear icon).
6. Updated INC0000055 Category to "Software".

Validation Error Hint Received:
"Is the list filtered to only display active incidents? Was the list sorted so that the Priority 1-Critical incidents show up at the top of the list? Was the List Editor used to modify the State field for 10 Priority 1-Critical Incident records?"

Everything seems completed on the instance under platform.user, but task validation still fails. Any guidance on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @kanika_2331 

Ensure  you are doing this task via   impersonating Platform User,

Select the State column of all 1-Critical incidents and use the List Editor to change the State to In Progress. Select the green check mark to save the list changes.  (10 rows will be updated.)

result count should be 10 . For you it is coming 22!

Check the video with incident number and correct it.

validate each incident number ,category ,priority, and column in list view.
