I'm not sure what your question is. Dictionary overrides are on each table for a specific field. Are you asking about how to see if one particular field is mandatory on any table other than Incidents? If so, you can check the variable itself and look at the dictionary overrides for it. But it also might be made required from a UI Policy on another table.
