SLA Business elapsed time 0 & Actual elapsed time 0, with a normal start & end time

Hye,

 

We are having issues with some of our SLA's. While reporting, we saw that a big number of sla's have a faulty business elapsed time. They do have a correct start and end time, but the elapsed time is not registered correctly.

Hi @gejoom ,

 

You need to look at the SLA definition configuration. Start condition, stop condition, pause condition and resume condition. It for sure looks like a configuration error.
